  2. Solution Partner Selection – selection the right solution partner required careful analysis of the proposed solution, delivery model and capabilities, cost model. I leverage my experience of having worked with some of the leading global services integrators in helping my customers with their Request for Information (RFI) & Request for Proposal (RFP) processes
  3. Application Portfolio Rationalization – a common challenge faced by rapidly expanding enterprises is managing the redundancy, inconsistencies across the large number of applications that they have acquired overtime. I help customer access the values of their applications with respect to business need, technical viability and operational cost; and arrive at an application portfolio that meets all business need and can be achieved without (or minimal) any business impact while maximizing its operational efficiency.
  4. Architecture Design and Review – I also help customers with Enterprise Architecture and their Solution design. If you are already working with an existing partner, but want still would like a third party opinion, I can review your collateral and offer an unbiased advice.
